"Because deep-down, she's a good person!'' P.S. No disrespect to the legal profession, or mitigation intended to their having earned this line originally as one of the many fine "lawyer's jokes". Now if the Guv had actually ALSO been an attorney I imagine they would have had to bury her 24 feet deep in order for her to achieve "good personhood", but thankfully for "The Grave Diggers of America", 12 feet should do the job here.
